John Bustrum


John D. Bustrum is the President and founder of OC Retirement Group, a company dedicated to serving and educating retirees. John has been in the tax and estate planning and financial services industry since 1993.  John works directly with clients in developing strategies to help attain their financial goals and objectives.  He specializes in working with retired individuals in developing retirement, income and estate plans for all sizes of estates.  John has helped hundreds of clients reduce unnecessary income taxes, social security taxes and estate taxes, while at the same time increasing spendable income. 

John is currently licensed in the state of California to prepare income tax returns.  He has held his insurance license with the state of California for over 16 years.  He currently services over 450 clients throughout Southern California and several other states. 

John is regularly sought out by retirees to help them reduce their high income tax liabilities and help them devise sound financial strategies to protect and preserve their hard earned retirement savings.

He is married to the love of his life, Giselle, and has three children: Jack (7), Emma Jane (5) and Abby Rose (1).  He lives in Orange, California.
